Planking handles can be used with everyone, from your rehab clients to athletes. Great for plank-based exercises, the handles also offer much more; by turning the handles at right angles to the foot bar it creates an ideal position for when you are working with clients suffering with carpal tunnel syndrome, RSI, arthritis, or difficulty being able to weight bear for any length of the time on the foot bar. This alternative position can reduce the pressure through the wrists, reducing discomfort and pain.
When rotated externally, the handle acts like an extended foot bar. This allows better postural alignment in exercises which are off set to the reformer, such as scooter. They can also act as a wider foot bar for larger clients, be it hands on bar or, feet on bar, or act as a stability point for standing rehab-based exercises.
Another great advantage of the planking handles over a foot bar is they can be used in offset positions, e.g. one high, one low, or one facing the foot bar end and the other the head end. This allows for some really challenging exercises and useful for working on reducing the influence of a dominant arm or leg.

SMALL ITEMS UNDER 5KG
Australia and New Zealand orders are shipped by Australia Post within 1-3 business days of purchase, with 5-7 day standard post tracking. All shipping prices will vary depending on location.
Authority to leave: This option is also available at checkout. Australia Post will leave the item in a safe location as described by you during the checkout process. Please simply leave a note at checkout providing the authority to leave and our dispatch team will action this on your behalf.
MEDIUM ITEMS 5KG TO 40KG
Australia wide orders are shipped by courier (ie TNT, Northline etc) within 1-3 business days of purchase IF the item is in stock, with 5-7 day standard tracking information provided by the chosen courier. All shipping prices will vary depending on location.
Authority to leave: This option is also available at checkout. The courier will leave the item in a safe location as described by you during the checkout process.
Please simply leave a note at checkout providing the authority to leave and our dispatch team will action this on your behalf.
Additional Non Delivery Fee: Please note that if you are NOT HOME for the delivery and have NOT given authority to leave the parcel, there can be a re-delivery fee of $30 minimum, charged by the courier for the futile delivery.
LARGE ITEMS OVER 40 KG
Large item orders like Reformers are shipped on a 2.4m pallet via courier (ie TNT, Northline etc) within 1-3 business days of purchase, IF the item is in stock. All orders are provided with a standard tracking information provided by the chosen courier. This tracking information will help ascertain the day of delivery so someone is available to collect the goods.
Delivery by courier is ONLY a kerbside/driveway delivery option provided by a tail lift truck. The driver WILL NOT assist in the transporting of the item into the residence or business. Please ensure you have someone to assist you with this delivery.
Additional Non Delivery Fee: Please note that if you are NOT HOME for the delivery and have NOT given authority to leave the parcel, there can be a re-delivery fee of $30 minimum, charged by the courier for the futile delivery.
Depot Pick Up: If you cannot get assistance on the day of delivery please consider having the goods despatched to the nearest courier depot for you to collect at a more convenient time. This will avoid any unnecessary futile delivery fees.
REMOTE AREAS:
Delivery by courier to remote areas in Australia is limited. If you live in a remote area where the main town is more than 10km away, you will need to contact us either by phone, email or the contact us form, before purchasing your order as we will need to confer with couriers about the best options available for your needs.

(a) To make a claim under the Warranty Against Defects, please contact info@pilatesreformersaustralia.com.au outlining the defect in detail, photographic proof and proof of purchase.
(b) Pilates Reformers Australia will investigate the defect and if it determines that it is a defect under the Warranty Against Defects, it will offer you a solution depending on the extent of the defect. Solutions include but are not limited to a full refund, partial refund, store credit or a replacement of the Product.
(c) You are responsible for all shipping costs in relation to a warranty claim, including shipping the Product claimed as defective back to Pilates Reformers Australia.
(d) You are responsible for all shipping costs in relation to a warranty claim, including shipping the Product claimed as faulty or defective back to Pilates Reformers Australia.
CarePilates Reformers Australia recommends that you maintain your purchased Product by following the care instructions set out below, and any manufacturer’s instructions accompanying your purchase. This will assist the longevity and your enjoyment of your purchase.
Steel components should not be exposed to salt spray and must always be free of debri and kept clean.
Wooden frames must not be positioned next to convection radiators or air conditioning units nor positioned within direct sunlight.
A decrease of 5% of the spring power per 1,500 hours usage is acceptable according to internationally standards. Springs should be replaced after a maximum of 3,000 hours use or 2 years, whichever is earlier. In the event of any signs of damage or wear springs should be replaced immediately regardless of age or usage. Slamming of carrige into stopper and/or crushing springs during a fall will void Warranty on Springs.
Do not use chemical sprays or industrial soaps. Pilates Reformers Australia recommend using PGW Gym Wipes

Your satisfaction is essential to our success. If you are unhappy with any of our products, we will refund any unused items so long as you return them to us at your expense, in a salable condition (this means unused and with all packaging intact within 14 days of purchase).
