Yes, a refundable bond of $400 is required in addition to the shipping fee (Please note, shipping fee is non-refundable)
Rental payments are direct debited from your nominated account. You will be sent the appropriate forms to be completed prior to the commencement of your rental period.
You have the option to purchase the Reformer outright at any time during your rental period. Contact us to learn more about the buyout options.
The Reformer is delivered directly to your door. Please note that the driver will not assist in transporting the item into your residence or business if there are stairs. If you do not have stairs and require assistance with setup, this can be arranged at an additional cost.
If you have stairs, please ensure you have someone available to assist with the delivery. The driver will not be able to transport the item upstairs.
Yes, you can return the Reformer at the end of your rental period. Alternatively, you can choose to purchase it outright.
If the Reformer gets damaged during the rental period, please contact us immediately to report the damage. We will provide guidance on the next steps.
To extend your rental period, please contact us 2 weeks before your current rental term ends to discuss the extension options and adjust your rental agreement accordingly.

Your bond will be returned after your Reformer has been inspected and is deemed to be returned in satisfactory condition.
