(c) Authority to leave: The Delivery Service Provider will leave the item in a safe location as described by you during the checkout process. Please leave a note at checkout providing the authority to leave, and the Pilates Reformers Australia dispatch team will action this on your behalf.

5.3. Medium Items (5kg – 40kg)

(a) Orders made within Australia and New Zealand will generally arrive within 5-7 business days from shipping. Please note our processing time is approximately 1-3 days from purchase.
(b) Shipping prices vary depending on your location.
(c) Authority to leave: The Delivery Service Provider will leave the item in a safe location as described by you during the checkout process. Please leave a note at checkout providing the authority to leave and the Pilates Reformers Australia dispatch team will action this on your behalf.
(d) Absent delivery: Please note that if you are NOT HOME for the delivery and have NOT given authority to leave the parcel the Delivery Service Provider may charge you a re-delivery fee at its discretion.

5.4. Large Items (Over 40kg)

(a) Orders made within Australia and New Zealand will generally arrive according to the Delivery Service Provider’s estimates given to you at checkout. Please note our processing time is approximately 1-3 days from purchase.
(b) Shipping prices vary depending on your location.
(c) Delivery: Large items are delivered on kerbsides/driveways ONLY by a tail lift truck. The Delivery Service Provider will not assist you in bringing the item into your property, this is your responsibility, so please ensure there is a capable individual ready to assist you. Pilates Reformers Australia will not be liable for any loss or damage due to you not ensuring that you have appropriate assistance in bringing in the large item you have ordered.
(d) Authority to leave: The Delivery Service Provider will leave the item in a safe location as described by you during the checkout process. Please leave a note at checkout providing the authority to leave and the Pilates Reformers Australia dispatch team will action this on your behalf.
(e) Absent delivery: Please note that if you are NOT HOME for the delivery and have NOT given authority to leave the parcel the Delivery Service Provider may charge you a re-delivery fee at its discretion.

5.6. Remote Area Shipping Delivery by the Delivery Service Providers to remote areas in Australia is limited. If you live in a remote area where the main town is more than 10km away, you will need to contact Pilates Reformers Australia either by phone, email or the contact us form, before purchasing your item as we will need to confer with the Delivery Service Providers about the best options available for your needs.

5.7. General shipping

(a) Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
(b) Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Pricing for this services is dependent on the items purchased as well as the location including any accessibility requirements. 7. Tracking Options

8. Products Damaged in Transit
