Most items larger than 20 cm we will use a courier.

You should receive a tracking number from the freight company.

Please note that if you are not home for the delivery there can be a re-deliver charge of $30 charged by them.

NOTE:- During checkout please consider -

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE - The courier can leave the item somewhere safe which you can describe during checkout.

WORK OR FRIEND ADDRESS - Please consider sending the item to your work or relative or neighbour.


Generally we use Australia Post and don't have any issues but please let us know if you prefer a signature or have a safe please for 

the item to be left.


Large items such as Reformers are booked with a Tail Lift Truck. 

This service includes delivery to your DRIVEWAY ONLY . The driver generally can not assist with carrying the item due to Insurance limitations.

You will be provided with a tracking number which can help ascertain the day of delivery so you can arrange to be home.

Please note that a futile delivery will incur a $30 redeliver charge by the freight company.

If you can not be available please consider a DEPOT PICK UP or please contact us to look in to further options.
