The 52855WA Certificate IV in Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology covers the essential skills and knowledge for executing and instructing Pre-Pilates and Pilates Traditional Matwork exercises and programs in a safe, effective and contemporary manner applying sound knowledge of the philosophical and mechanical Pilates principles, fundamental anatomy and biomechanics, as well as superb teaching methodology.
To this course there is an added Unit of Competency (PILEQU501) and face to face tuition to enable graduates to teach outstanding Pilates Reformer exercises as well.
On successful completion of the 52855WA Certificate IV in Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology you will be able to demonstrate a range of well-developed skills and also teach Reformer in groups and health and fitness settings.
